How does the 100-night risk-free trial work?
We want you to love your mattress. You can try any Casper mattress in your own home for 100 nights. If you are not completely satisfied within that window, we will arrange a full refund and pick up the mattress at no cost to you.
How is the mattress shipped and how long does delivery take?
Our mattresses are compressed and shipped in a conveniently sized box via UPS or FedEx. Standard shipping is free within the contiguous U.S. and typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
What kind of bed frame or foundation do I need for a Casper mattress?
Casper mattresses are designed to work on any firm, flat surface. This includes platform beds, slatted frames (with slats no more than 4 inches apart), boxed foundations, or even the floor. We do not recommend using a traditional wire box spring.
Do Casper mattresses come with a warranty?
Yes, every Casper mattress is backed by a 10-year limited warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or structural indentations greater than one inch, ensuring your investment is protected for a decade.
Do I need to flip my mattress to maintain its shape?
No, Casper mattresses are designed with specific layers for support and comfort, meaning they should never be flipped. However, we do recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees every 6 months to ensure even wear.
